Do not send security credentials

Never send online-banking passwords, PINs, one-time security codes or full payment-card details. Midland Ledger works remotely across the UK. WhatsApp is suitable for an initial enquiry, but a more appropriate digital method will be agreed before sensitive accounting records are transferred.

Why information is used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, confirm identity, decide whether a service can be accepted, agree and perform the work, maintain business records, meet legal obligations and communicate about the engagement.
